heartbreak, confusion, sadness, poverty, loneliness, giggles, friendships, overwork, celibacy, introspection, moving on, looking back... what now?

a parable...

Once upon a time, God sat in the La-Z-Boy recliner watching pay-per-view Wrestlemania. Suddenly, during a lull in the proceedings, he got up and put his jacket on. "Gotta go to the 7-11 for some cigarettes," he said. "I won't be but a few minutes."

I never saw him again.

yup, it's Monday...

and I am indeed being kicked in the butt. I went to bed before nine last night and slept straight through. And had a nap Sunday afternoon besides. Not a good thing as far as I'm concerned; ideally I'd like to sleep less, not more. I don't care it is healthier. I want to be able to do everything, and instead I have no energy to do anything. All I want to do is sleep.
